Bangladesh Association for International Recruiting Agencies (BAIRA)

Being the association of all international recruiting agencies in Bangladesh, it is important for BOMSA to work together with them to protect the rights of the women migrant workers who are extremely vulnerable in all aspects. For the first time BOMSA involved BAIRA in advocacy work on migration cost and rights of women migrants. This is a continuous effort. Series of advocacy meetings were held and will be organized in future to keep the migration cost within the reach of migrant workers. BOMSA also successfully managed to get compensation for Bangladeshi stranded women migrants.
